i think sometimes we have to take a break to reflex what we doing. just like driving,need to refill petrol to make sure you are equip and ready to go the next destination. follow the sign board make sure you are going towards the right direction. if not you might be lost in the middle of no where. dun just drive without break, is very dangerous to urself and to others.
